Job Description:

  • Gather data information from the client and perform the process of data entry.
  • Make UAT (user acceptance testing).
  • Install the program at the customer
  • Conduct the required training for software usage to the Client and make sure that all the software functions are clear.
  • Handle clients’ complaints through phone and work on solving them.
  • Perform periodical visits to clients to check the software status and handle any problems concerning them.
  • Handle software change requests form with the client.
  • Communicate with the Development Team to handle this change and follow up on the Implementation process.
  • Issue customer service and visit reports.
  • Handel software maintenance.
  • Handle related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s of Science or Bio-Chemistry
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience about medical labs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Very good English Language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hard worker.
  • Quick learner.
