Full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening and interviewing.

Job Description:

  • Utilize traditional and creative sourcing techniques, including social media, to identify candidates.
  • Contact candidates via phone, emails, LinkedIn… etc.
  • Interview prospective candidates on all sourcing channels like Recruitment Websites, LinkedIn, Internal Database, Social media and Referrals.
  • Administer job offers, negotiate salaries and follow up the newcomers’ logistics.
  • Develop weekly recruitment activity reports for Head of HR department.
  • Participate to any relevant HR tasks as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.
  • HR certificate or diploma is a plus.
  • Behavioral based interviewing skills.
  • Competency based interviewing skills.
  • Excellent user of online and social media sourcing tools.
  • Planning & organizing skills.
  • Outstanding communication & negotiation skills.
