Job Description:

• Install NT software system at the client premises.
• Make sure that all NT software system functions are running smoothly.
• Conduct required training for software users to clients.
• Handle clients’ complaints through the phone.
• Perform periodical visits to clients to check the software status and handle any problem.
• Receive software change requests from the client.
• Carry out any software maintenance.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have a bachelor degree in Science.
Candidates must have 1-5 years of experience working in medical labs.
Candidates should have previous experience working on LDM or any other similar system.
Candidates must be very good at English.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Males only are required.
